I founded Kitchen Toque in 2015 after spending over 25 years in professional kitchens. My experience managing kitchens in Scotland’s finest has shaped my passion for exceptional ingredients and outstanding service.
I welcomed talented chefs Darek who heads up Roastbox and Neil leads Kitchen Toque. Their expertise will enhance our culinary offerings and ensure that we maintain the highest quality standards in our cuisine. Each chef brings a unique perspective and skill set that will contribute to our overall success. I am also delighted to introduce Nikki to Kitchen Toque, bringing her expertise in client relations and event coordination. As our dedicated point of contact, Nikki ensures seamless communication, manages bookings, and helps tailor each dining experience to our clients’ needs.
Currently we collaborate with a few select prestigious venues providing everything from intimate private dining to themed dinners. Whether you're planning a wedding, special celebration or an elegant fine dining experience at home my experience ensures a seamless event. Additionally I offer consultancy services to help kitchens refine menus and optimise operations.
